  1. 2014—2020

    Tech leadership

    YYT started in 2014, with Jonathan working as a developer and technical lead inside large-scale eCommerce businesses, seeing what brands need from their technology partners.

  2. 2020—2025

    The agency

    We built the agency to make an impact where it counts: a modern stack, senior developers, and one team that stays with a brand as it scales, on fair commercial terms. Over five years YYT built and scaled storefronts for 70 brands, DTC and B2B, across the US, UK and Europe. A pattern emerged: clients hired us for a build, then kept us for everything after.

  3. 2025—present

    The consultancy

    Our best engagements became long-term partnerships, so we made the shift official. YYT today is an eCommerce tech consultancy: experienced developers and technical leads working as part of your team, bringing a startup approach to brands operating at scale.

Jonathan sets the technical direction, from architecture to delivery, backed by more than 15 years as a developer and technical lead in large-scale eCommerce. He loves tennis, spicy food, and fried chicken.

Minji leads front-end delivery, building interfaces that hold up on every device and browser. She studied Fashion Design before moving into front-end development. She loves yoga, knitting, baking, and Jane Austen.

Dominic works across the stack, adapting to whatever back end a project runs on. He has a combined STEM degree and likes literature, art, and white chocolate.
