Founded by Irene Forte, this luxury skincare brand combines traditional botanicals with advanced science to deliver luxurious skin products. The brand offers vegan products that are clinically proven and certified for sensitive skin, designed to improve skin health and beauty.
We redesigned Irene Forte's international websites on Shopify to better reflect the brand and to enhance the customer experience of the skincare online store. Our work included UX/UI design and development of the homepage, product detail pages with subscriptions, product listing pages, and bespoke landing pages for promotions and product launches. A bespoke skin quiz was designed to qualify customers and help them find the right skincare products. For internationalisation, we implemented a currency dropdown with advanced logic and Weglot for translations.
We enhanced the user experience on the Irene Forte website through a comprehensive redesign, covering the homepage, product listing pages, and product detail pages with subscriptions. We have implemented advanced logic to enable customers to subscribe and save 15% on full-size and refill products, with flexible terms—including the ability to pause or cancel after a minimum of three delivery cycles. Users can easily adjust their delivery frequency at any time, creating a more convenient and thoughtful shopping experience. The new design also promotes sustainability by encouraging the purchase of refills over full-size products.
To support the launch of the new Phyto Rejuvenating Serum, we designed and developed a bespoke landing page that showcases the product’s key benefits and standout ingredients. The page includes a dedicated section for customer reviews, providing valuable social proof and enhancing trust in the product.
We designed an interactive skincare quiz that invites users to answer a series of questions about their skin type and concerns. Based on their responses, the quiz recommends the most relevant products, offering a personalized shopping experience. The data gathered also provides valuable insights for the brand, helping to refine product offerings and tailor marketing strategies to better meet the customer needs.
As part of the promotional strategy for the Hibiscus line, we created a dedicated landing page featuring the full product listing. To drive conversions, a targeted pop-up offered a 30% discount on the Hibiscus Night Cream for new subscribers. This approach successfully boosted product visibility, attracted new customers, and contributed to an increase in sales.
We integrated Weglot to enable multi-language support on the Irene Forte website, helping the brand expand its global reach. The site is available in English, French, Italian, and German, offering a localized experience for international customers. We also implemented a multi-currency dropdown with advanced logic that allows users to view prices and complete purchases in their local currency.
