EBY approached us to help on a number of initiatives aimed at improving conversions and generating revenue.
With EBY’s bold brand identity, we redeveloped the homepage to showcase lifestyle imagery and product packshots with an immersive feel. A fresh nav was introduced with transparency on initial load to take advantage of the full width site and empowering messaging.
It was important to highlight EBY's influential voice so we pulled in social media posts, reviews blocks and best seller highlights.

Using Recharge, we built an exciting new feature for EBY. Most of their subscription boxes contain pre-selected product packages however the Custom Box allows customers to curate a bespoke box of panties that range different sizes, colours and styles. The level of customisation didn't end there! We built in the ability to choose either the 3 month or 6 month subscription plan with the option to customise colours in future boxes.
EBY's Power Points initiative allows members to earn points on every shop and unlock rewards. A referral program was introduced using Smile to allow customers to generate discount coupons redeemable at checkout.
