We participated in a large-scale eCommerce technology programme for Graze.

Graze is a snack company that sells subscription boxes and snacks via an online shop and retailers in the UK and the US.

Graze was one of the first companies in the UK to release a Magento 2 Enterprise Edition project.

The e-commerce website is integrated with core micro-services built by the graze platform team.

eCommerce Technical Design & Development

Catalog Structure

We participated in the technical design and implementation of the catalog structure of the online shop to sell snacks in different formats: multipacks, bags, punnets.

Checkout and Shipping

We delivered checkout performance optimisation to improve conversions as well as advanced shipping management and integrations.

A/B Test, Performance & Search

A/B Test Framework

We built an A/B test framework in Magento 2 EE leveraging LaunchDarkly, a feature flag API to test different versions of the pages and release features gradually (canary releases).

Stress Tests

To analyse and maintain performance over time, we wrote a series of stress tests in Scala with Gatling, based on different conceptual use cases and user journeys (browsing, searching, adding a product to basket, checking out etc...).

Search

We implemented Algolia API and search engine to deliver fast search results that integrate products and blog articles.

SEO & Marketing

Technical SEO Optimisation

We participated in the technical implementation of an in-depth SEO report for the online shop, including advanced technical SEO optimisations.

Marketing Feeds

For external marketing and advertising automated feeds were built to provide Catalog information for Google Shopping and Facebook Ads.
