Héloïse & Abélard is an ethical jewelry house founded on the upcycling of diamonds and 18 carat recycled gold. They believe in the romance of eternal jewellery that carries a story. Made in Paris in a traditional jewellery workshop, the brand sells rings, necklaces, bracelets and custom made pieces.
They asked us to help them redesign their product pages to improve the user experience and drive conversions.
Using Héloïse & Abélard’s striking brand guidelines, we achieved the balance between showcasing their bright, playful colours whilst maintaining a luxury feel.
The product page redesign achieved many goals:
Mobile first approach to drive conversions
Provided an improved user experience to help customers select their customisations and add to cart
An information architecture that made it easier to navigate various customisation options and information (e.g ring size, ring colour, ring box and engravings)
Linked content from across the site into the page
